A Rest & Restore mini retreat is scheduled for Sunday, October 20, from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. at Meridian Parks and Recreation in Meridian, Idaho. The event welcomes participants of all experience levels and has a fee of $15.

The session will focus on a mix of yin and restorative yoga aimed at fostering calmness and relieving stress. It will conclude with a guided meditation, and may include features such as a crystal sound bowl bath. Participants are advised to bring a sticky yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. For those without a yoga mat, one can be provided.
