The Meridian Fire Department hosted a pizza party today for Mrs. Howard's 1st grade class. This event was a reward for the class's participation in a poster contest held for Fire Prevention Week. All students submitted artwork to enter a drawing for the pizza party, which they won. The Fire Department aimed to commend Mrs. Howard and her students for their commitment to fire safety and community wellness.
